Michele will be competing in the Keuka Lake duathlon in Keuka Park, NY on June 2nd. The duathlon consists of a 5k run followed by a 20k cycle and then another 5k.  Both Jeff and Michele will be competing in Paige's Butterfly run 5k on June 8th which is in downtown Syracuse and winds around the Inner Habor.
